History and Development

cruise line. The ship is called Queen Mary 2 and it is 236 feet in height, 1132 feet in length and has
a capacity of 2620 passengers onboard. Aboard the Queen Mary 2, are different specialty shops, five
swimming pools onboard, a ballroom and a sweeping staircase. This ship merged as an effort to keep

In the fall of 2009, the largest and most expensive cruise ship in the world, costing roughly
$1.24 billion, will be unveiled by the Royal Caribbean International as declared on the 6th
of February 2006. The projct genesis, as the ship was named is 220,000 ton and has the capacity
to carry 6,400 passengers. The ship is quite a wonder to behold and you definitely can't expect more of
a ship.
